How might we develop healthy social media habits?
SOCIAL MEDIA
Being mindful of healthy social media habits is important because youth tend to use social media as their main source of communication. Oftentimes social media is used to belittle and bully others. This issue can affect someone's mental health, ability to sleep and eating habits. This survey is intended to understand how youth are using social media in order to connect them to resources and supports to promote healthy social media habits.
The following questions seek to understand how social media affects newcomer youth. Our intention is to connect youth to resources and supports that promote a healthy relationship with social media to strengthen overall mental health and well being.
